PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO READ OUR POLICY Payment.......How do I pay for an order? -Any order placed through UBER Racing must be paid by Credit Card. For your convenience we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover Card. Also for ease of payment we accept Paypal transfers/email payments. Who does the billing? -All of UBER Racing’s billing is handled by Paypal. Paypal leads the world in secure internet transfers, using military encryption. We recommend all of our customers have a valid and current Paypal accounts. A Paypal account is necessary for orders above $2050.00 Cdn. How will I receive my parts? -All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx Ground. We will find the most economical way to ship. You want to spent you money on performance not shipping! If the part(s) is in stock it will be shipped within 24 hours. If it is not in stock or if it is being produced for your order we will notify you by email, as to how long of a wait UBER Racing expects; usually it’s no more than five days. UBER Racing shall not be responsible for late shipments. All shipping dates given are as an approximate. The customer will not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in the estimated time of delivery. What happens if I need to return a product or a defective item? -You must first acquire an RMA number from UBER Racing, within 10 days of receiving your order. UBER Racing can be contacted by email through Uber-Racing. UBER Racing does not accept anything without an issued RMA. All returned products to UBER Racing will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. All return shipping costs associated with any return will be covered by the customer. UBER Racing is unable to return any goods after 10 days of the delivery. All products returned must be in the original manufacturers packaging as it was delivered with a copy of the original invoice. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after the return has been accepted by UBER Racing. When return products are returned to UBER Racing, whether they are returns or defective merchandise, they are inspected. It is up to the discretion of UBER Racing if a return will be accepted or not. If the part(s) is not accepted by UBER Racing as a valid return it will be returned to the customer at the customers own cost. What happens if I receive a damaged parcel? -If it is clearly damaged it is up to you to refuse delivery. If you only notice it is damaged upon opening it you must contact FedEx Ground immediately and file a claim. Feel free to contact us through email and we will be able to help you file the claim. How do I cancel an order I placed? -A customer only has a very limited time window to cancel an order after they have completed the checkout process. The only time a customer can cancel an order after the checkout process is within the two hours after the checkout process. This is done by emailing Uber-Racing and outlining the order you wish to cancel, there may be a charge associated with the cancellation. If UBER Racing is contacted after the two hour holding period UBER Racing cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. If it is over the two hours the customer’s order may be shipped, if said order is returned to UBER Racing by the customer; the customer may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Even though a customer has their order cancelled within the two hour holding period the customer’s account/credit card may still be charged. In the event of any issued charge back (refund or cancelled order) UBER Racing has the right to return the funds by: directly returning them to the account/credit card, or by sending the funds to the customer by Paypal email payment. What happens if my product ends up being defective? -UBER Racing will not be held responsible for manufacturer’s defects. All defective merchandise is warrantied by the manufacturer, not UBER Racing. UBER Racing will however help you in filing the claim and contacting the manufacturer/distributor. In certain cases UBER Racing my act as middle man representing the manufacturer/distributor. How do I install my new parts/use my new products? -Our responsibility ends with providing you the product and shipping it to you. It is up to you to install or use any product. We always recommend a licensed mechanic install anything. We take no responsibility for any damages or possible injury incurred due to installation of parts purchased from UBER Racing, possible accidents caused by any products purchased from UBER Racing, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking) or act of nature. Several body kits come without holes and sometimes require modification to parts or existing bike in order to fit. Disclaimer. -All prices are not fixed, and we reserve the right to amend any price at any time. We are not responsible for any omissions, errors on the web page, or typographical errors. Occasionally parts do not match their pictures; we receive the pictures and descriptions from the manufacturers and distributors: we will not be held responsible in such cases. It is up to the customer to know what they are buying. This includes: use, function, installation, modification of anything. Discount codes and discounts are not applicable on sale items unless UBER Racing gives written permission. When a customer places an order through the UBER Racing website the customer acknowledges that the customer understands and agrees to UBER Racing’s business policies; which are listed above in any easy to read question and answer format.
